Q: Who can order?

A: Any one in Canada over the age of 19.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please contact us via email about any issues. In order to be able to maintain a certain amount of discretion, we are not able to accept returns, so all sales are final.

Q: How can i pay?

A: At this time we accept Interac e-Transfers from Canadian banks.

You will be provided with the E-mail and Password needed to complete E-Transfer via e-mail once order has been placed.

We are working on providing credit card processing in the near future. If you need more information on sending an Email Money Transfer, check out link below. If you still need help we would be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept PayPal unfortunately or credit cards at the moment.


Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Once order has been places and payment has been made will ship withing 24hr. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders will take 2-4 business days from the date shipped to arrive, in some cases it may only take 1-2. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

A: No, Unfortunatly we do not ship outside of Canada.

Q: What are the shipping fees?

A: Shipping fees are $15 for orders under $150. For orders over $150, shipping is free.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post XPRESS Shipping and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.

Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Yukon, Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).

Tracking And Delivery

Q: How do i track my order?

A: You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your order.

Q: Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

A: Typically, if the tracking number does not work it could be 2 likely circumstances:

The Canada post website has not yet updated their system to include your tracking number. Please allow till the end of day.
Please insure that the tracking number is typed in correctly.
You can contact us for any further assistance via email.

Q: What happens if i dont get my package?

A: If you have not received your order 48 hours after the estimated time of arrival, contact us immediately via live chat on our website .we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will contact you and resolve the issue.

We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Q: My package says delivered, but i have not received anything! What is happening?

A: What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. Q: Can i pick up order in person?

A: Unfortunatly at this time we are only shipping orders.
